This older title The Towering Inferno (the movie was made in 1974 but the blu-ray disc was manufactured in 2009) has some very stubbon AACS encryption on it. It wouldn't open with the latest version of DVDFab nor 8.1.6.8 or 8.0.7.3. I had to go all the way back to 8.0.3.2 just to get it to open!
