Cabin in the Woods rental blu-ray runs the incorrect playlist when ripped to hard disc (full disc, files mode) and mounted via the miniso. It selects the 96:02 playlist #321 which has the copy protection verbiage screen in it instead of the 95:02 #771 playlist.
