Blue screen of death when running dvd fab blu ray copy win 8

Hi there , has anyone had any issues running dvd fab blu ray copy on windows 8 with the latest software updates?

i am getting

memory dump
page fault in nonpaged area

i have a brand new build that has been working flawlessly for 3 weeks and now i am having this problem or can you help me?
