Does this log show why the copy is failing?

I'm trying to make a 1:1 Copy of an Ip Man movie and it fails around 3% every time. I've watched it on the standalone and on the PC with FabPlayer with no issues but Fab always fails trying to make a copy. Bad disc even though it plays OK?
