DVDFab BluRay and DVD copy canceling current task

So I have 3 DVD drives and 1 BluRay Drives. I always load all my DVDs and Bluray and queue them up and then I push start. Recently I started experiencing DVDFab canceling certain task from certain drives. I tried removing all the drives and rebooting but DVDFAB will cancel 2 out 4 tasks every time I use it now. This is so frustrating....

try going into common settings - general settings - click the factory default settings button
in the lower left corner of the general settings area to reset dvdfab back to default settings.
restart dvdfab and see if your current tasks are still being cancelled.

New problems since restoring/defaulting to factory:

1) When ripping BluRay DVDFAB will freeze then I restart DVDFAB with same disc and runs without a problem. It makes things very difficult to troubleshoot when DVDFAB copy freezes this much

2) My profile keeps switching from Full Disc to Clone/Burn

3) Profile keeps forgetting my last copy location...example: I rip a full copy bluray to C in ISO and then next time I try to rip something it says insert disc this happens randomly

4) I can no longer update DVDFAB ...I have to go to the site to DL and install newest version

Well it appears my drive canceling problem is fixed but there's many bugs with the newest version of DVDFab..I've been very unhappy with DVD FAB 12

New problem:

Trying to rip brand new disc of Jobs and it contains Cinevia....It rips the whole disk then an unexpected parameters message appears and it fails...I'm going to try ANYDVD for awhile this is frustrating.....I sent you 2 reports for Jobs Cinevia removal that failed

Which logfile? There's a problem with Cinavia now, it's failed on 2 attempts on 2 new BluRays.Why can't I just send the report when BluRay copy fails?

The Cinavia issue has been fixed, please update to the latest version to try again. If still have a problem, please post the related log files.
