Fast forward and rewind still does mess up the audio/video sync. There are several posts about this now, I still haven't heard any information on this issue from the DVDFab team. It's not a small problem.

This problem occurred to aprox. 60% of my backups (BD 50 > BD 25 compression). I've always used the latest version and I hope this problem will be fixed one day too.

did you ever resolve the fast foward issue.

i started a thread about 2 weeks ago with the same problem, still no solution.
min eis when i do full disk to bd25 using dvd fab for protection and compression to file on hd.

i do not have the problem when i use fab for protection, and use [other software] for the compression.

    dow.

500 Days of summer. Next chapter button works ok, but fast forward or reverse causes picture to hang up but audio continues to play. Oppo player.

CUDA/DXVA is disabled on my machine.
    I have a nVidia 8800GTS 320MB.
I dont think it makes the diference.

I didn't move on to the lateset version, as it doesn't appear to have solved the problem as per other posters.

My player is LG DB390 and the problem appears on ALL MOVIES THAT HAD COMPRESSION. ex: BD50 to BD25
Some movies the problem is worse than others, but is still there.
I tried a lot of versions, including the lastest one, and the problem is the same.
In version 7.x the pixel artifacts are gone, but the navigation problem is still there.

    To Fengtao:
Have you tried with harry potter and the half blood prince? if no try with it, and chose the compression BD50 to BD25, and compare the result with and without compression.

The problem is there, fill free to ask anything until you nail the problem.

That version is quite old now for Blu-Ray. Try the latest, 7.0.3.0 and see if that helps.

Apparently no developper commented my post, so it seems that this is not a problem.

So try this and see that the problem realy exists.

The movie can be Harry Potter and the half blood prince, region B or A, compress the main movie to bd25. After that compare the two versionsm, navigating in the movie, like fast forward, backwards, go to the position in time you want, and try do play. See that the compressed movie gets weird, like freezing video, sound continues, and only moving chapters the movie goes ok.

Please try this, ok? Any doubt's i will anwser.
