DVDFab 13.0.33 - Thor Dark World

    Hey,

I am trying to backup my Thor Dark world bluray disc from the 3 disk boxset and it gets stuck on 0% processing and thats pretty much where it stayed. One time it did complete but the filesize was like 80KB or something.

    Product link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Thor-3-Movi.../dp/B07XLR2FSC

I have tried the usual cleaning of the disc and drive just cannot get it to work. I think I've attached the correct log file below.

Films 1 & 3 out of the set copy just fine.

    Many thanks

click the 3 hamburger lines in the upper right hand corner of the dvdfab interface - click settings - under "general settings"
click AV Codec, check disable all gpu codecs for decoding & encoding, restart streamfab and retry the disc again and see if it'll process.

I see you are in London? It looks like your blu-ray drive is Region B? And your product link is to Amazon UK. Was this boxset purchased as new or used? Is there any chance the Thor disc is Region A? Just taking a wild guess here.

        Thank you for the response

I tried what you said and no change. Just sits at 0% processing and 00:00:00 time remaining until finished.

The discs are classified as: ABC (or region free) and the drive is classified as: region 2

Yeah I only really use main movie. I've tried both.

go back into common settings - click drives - click read - click "ignore all reading errors automatically"
restart dvdfab and retry the disc again and see if it'll now work.

Yeah no luck sadly. I gave up in the end and purchased it from P*ime V*deo and used streamfab.
