Dear all,
We have supported two versions of Avatar in US release (Volume Label: RED_BIRD_2D_WW), please try DVDFab to see the result.
Please note: you still can only use "Main Movie" to make a working Blu-ray backup. For "Blu-ray to Mobile" there is no limit.
We are working on "Full Disc" and "Clone" mode, and it should be supported soon.
Best Regards,
Fengtao

I really do not know, it may be because of the speed of the hdd that is scanning the disc. My backup came out fine, and it only took about 2 minutes , which is usually long but who knows how many different protections have to be removed.

First off great product and outstanding support. I assume from your post both disks in the US are supported now but i am still having an issue. When DVDfab goes to Open Blu-ray source it just keeps going and going and going.. i am now at 10 mins and waiting. Is this the expected behavior?
Thanks

What is the time frame for an update. I still cant copy my avatar blu-ray

If we say we support it, it means BD+ protection was removed.
Please use "Main Movie" mode to backup for now.
