Samsung bd_p1600 w/ bd-9 again

It wseems I am back to a problem w/ a Samsung bd-p1600 and it won't play bd-9's.
any help here? movie is "love happens"

Whne I insert disc, it loads and then spits out the disc, and says "this disc can not be played "

my firm ware is up to date in the player.

any help? thanks Stu
