Only one track works, can you help me ?

Hi,
i' have problems with DVDfab bluray copy.

I chose only the movie and the english track audio + french track audio + french subtitle.

Only the english track works, when i chose the french track audio, the sound freeze and when i chose the frensh subtitle, i have nothing...
