    Cinavia removal questions

I'm sure I'm not the first to ask these questions.

I'm using the latest DVDfab. I have purchased the Cinavia removal tool (Never Expire).

I've downloaded the manual. In the manual, it says that the removal tool for Cinavia should be for Copy, Main Movie.

So, I have the BluRay movie Life (2017). It has Cinavia on it.

I did what the manual said to do for copying this movie.

I let the program completely analyze the movie.

In the Settings, the Enable Cinavia Removal box is checked.

However, I do not see the Cinavia "eye" under the Audio section. It just shows the typical HD and AC3 audio boxes checked.

It brings up the warning that the disc contains Cinavia.

I run the copy, successfully, then burn the ISO to a blu-ray.

The Cinavia is not removed. It pops up eventually as the movie progresses.

I do not understand this. I paid for Cinavia removal, which DVDfab touts as the "best" way to remove it. And, it doesn't remove it. As I mentioned, it does not show the "eye" next to the audio channel, which I would assume it would.

    Please explain.

    Thank you.

Thanks. When you say "supported," could you explain what that means? And, "repaired," as well. I thought that was what the removal tool was supposed to do. If you could clarify that for me, I would appreciate it.

supported means that the disc cinavia file is in their system
repaired means that the disc audio is fixed (no cinavia)
