DVD Copy 8.0.7.3 Copy problem

I use DVD Copy 8.0.7.3

I use Passkey for DVD 8.0.2.2

I am using Windows XP Home right now.

Error message after copy to Harddisk and attempt to BURN DVD is: Task_2 failed! Error=111
It will NOT Burn a DVD-R, or DVD+R.

However, on the same computer, I CAN use Nero Express to burn the DVD+-R and copy the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS directories to the DVD+-R and the copy DOES WORK. Why does DVD COPY 8.0.7.3 NOT BURN THE DVD ?

Also, do I have to have Passkey loaded on the bottom taskbar of the Windows XP desktop, on the right side, first, prior to loading DVD Copy ? That is what I have right now.

DVD Copy 8.0.7.3 Copy Problem (continued)

I tried using the DVD Fab 8.0.7.3 by itself and I got the same results. It will NOT let me BURN The DVD after creating the Harddisk files.

NOW WHAT ?

What is the purpose of Passkey at all ? Tech support is telling me not to use it with DVD Copy, yet the documentation says I can use them together. Is the documentation outdated ?

Also, what is the purpose of the Exclusion option in Passkey ? The information in the tutorials does NOT include this item as it must be newer than the tutorial documentation.

I have read some things elsewhere on the Exclusion and it is about as clear as mud.

Are you using the REGISTERED version or the FREE version of FAB?

I am using the free 30 day trial version. Does that make a difference as far as being able to BURN the copy ?

1. Task_2 failed! Error=111 means Device is busy, so please check the DVD driver if it is free.
2. Download imgburn Fab supports it and it is free to retry.

Check the trial status using "Help", "About"
