I also have just tried 8083. Same experience as 8082. It seems that new versions that will not open on computers is becoming a trend for DVDfab.

Having the same problem as everyone else. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, shut down my anti-virus, scrubbed and deleted according to the best instructions in this forum and still can only use the January release.
I'm running a 32 bit HP w/ Pentium Dual E2200, use Vista with Macafee Internet Security and I'm still running IE8.
I've been using DVDFab for at least the last 5 years and never had a problem. Grateful for any further sugestions!

Any of you who having problems with DVDFab have IE9 installed on your computer?

I also have Vista Home Premium with Norton Securtiy. I also did as instructed by tech support and 8082 still would not open. I have not had this problem before now. After downloading 8082 I downloaded 8073 without uninstalling 8082 first and it worked. It has to be a problem with the update. I will continue to use version 8073 until 8082 has been revamped.

I am having the same issues
I try to install and I get an error message at the end of the installation and then the same error when it tries to run the program. I am running Windows 7 64 bit. Here are the details of the error. I have been able to run production releases with no issues for a couple of years. I have had the same issue with all beta's after successfully running 8.0.7.3.
