Mine started from the beginning at around the 47 minute mark, some test had a chapter after the ending credits.
You may want to watch the whole thing and see if anything is out of order.

This is a funny one When playing showed Title 10 but when you go to 10 it was only 14 seconds long.
The closes one I got to work was Title 2 all the other titles had chapters out of order.
