Please post the entire log entry for this title, one line is not enough. There may be more than one version of this disc, is yours Region 1 (US), and also please give us the UPC code from the back of the box or the name of the store where you purchased it. Make sure you are running v8.2.2.7 or 9.0.2.6.

I updated the software and path player is check to be on all the time. I still only get 1:09.33.
IN the log, I get the message
unplayable cell (vts:12 title pgc:7cell 8) is removed. (example) there are several of these.

Pathplayer
Thanks for the info. It worked ok now. Should I leave Pathplayer always enabled or leave like you have it. With the software automatically turn it on as needed?

First of all let me say that I had no problems at all backing up Flight with the new update. One thing makes me wonder however, I never have "always enable path player" checked on mine, I have "enable path player when necessary checked" and everything has always run perfectly for me.

Pathfinder not enabled
I was getting ready to send the log when I read Pathfinder disabled???? I didn't disable it, I just loaded the new version of DVDFAB and never checked the setting?
Not sure how it happened. I will retry in the morning.

Seems to be working for most others. Post the DVDFab internal log file. There may be different versions of this disc with different protections.

didn't work for me
Just a quick note...I downloaded the new version of DVDFAB and had the same problems as yesterday backing up "Flight". It didn't do the whole movie and ended where the other backup did, with the lawyers. I missed 1/2 the movie. Pathplayer was enabled . This is the 1st problem I have had in using DVDFAB for 6 years. What else should I try?????

Hi rosenbarn
Path player is disabled in settings.
Please set path player in Fab settings to always enabled, restart and try again.

Had same issues yesterday with Flight making movie only backup. Did not have ending, stopped at some lawyers yammering then just ends. Using 9.0.26 today, still got the same result but then remembered I turned off Pathplayer to backup Paranormal Activity 4. Turned it back on, restarted and BINGO, worked fine.
Support for this product is OUTSTANDING!!!!
Thanks.....Jim Smith..:-))
