Star Trek Into Darkness won't open

hi all,
have just got star trek into darkness and it will not load onto dvdfab, it scans the disc and shows volume label" into darkness", copy full disc, output dvd9, size 0 mb.
have tried both version 9 and 8qt same result on both versions
anyone else having trouble?

This is a known issue, the disc has new protection and they are working on it.

Please post questions about a specific DVD in the DVD Copy forum next time, and always post the internal log session when you have a disc that will not open. You have been around here long enough to know that :) I have moved your thread.

Dear all,

Please do the following steps to help us:
1. Open the disc, make sure PathPlayer is enabled.
2. After opened, use "Export Source Info" in Menu.
3. Go to "Documents\\DVDFab9\Log" folder, and zip the whole folder to a file.
4. Send the zip file to fengtao(at)dvdfab.com, please replace (at) with @.

Version 9060 would not work for me either but I just finished copying Main Movie to my hard drive using beta version 9061 and, although I haven't burned it to a disc yet, I checked it on my hard drive and everything appears to be normal. I don't know if it has any relevance or not but I always keep my Pathplayer set at "Enable Pathplayer when necessary". (Region 1)

Suggest "Always Enable", some protections can trick PathPlayer into thinking it is not needed when it is (as in the case of Into Darkness).

Please try it in Full Disc mode if you have time and report the results. Download the updated installer for v9.0.6.1 first.
