dvd write makes coasters with factory burn engine

Imgburn burns great
The factory burn engine makes coasters since installing latest update.
I usually use Imgburn so no big deal, but others may be having this problem.
I have a hp comp with xp3 in which dvd fab has always functioned flawlessly.
