Use DVDFab and send the info files to them. That is located in common settings info. The green circle top right with the checkmark is common settings. Sounds like we are still waiting for that update needed for this movie

    C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log.
Have you read this thread on the solution?

Sorry if this is a duplicate, we are having a major hail and thunderstorm, anyways, I have been emailing DVDFAB over a week on this. I even tried the new Beta release on 4-10- wont crack it. I get a read error. Clean disc, brand new, cleaned my Burner, went through the usual. I get the read error and usually within the week DVDFAB releases a new Beta to open it. Im glad, but sorry, not the only one. Im new. I apolgoize for any misconduct in this email, if any. Thanks all, Let me know if you have any luck and how you did it.

I was also able to rip chapter 32, amd also said to ignore all errors and burned it and then had my daughter watch and it played ok. I am using ver 7.0.3.5 beta, which also said that the disc has 51GB of data. When going to main movie mode it went to chapter 61.

    Hope this helps

I was having the same problem with ripping Alice but just looked in here and followed the same method and was able to successfully rip; even tho it said failed at the end, the movie turned out perfect! Use #32 to rip then ignore all.

Just give it time -- it's a new release with something going on in it.

Does it ever load properly if you give it a while to load?

I also have a problem with Alice in Wonderland. It takes 5 min. to scan and when I hit start it justs sits there and does nothing.I noticed on the side of the disc that goes down there is an imprint of the movie name on it, I think that is the cause.

Glad I could help you with this movie. Also clicking ignore all errors is also a good practice and also ripping it to your hard drive and previewing it before burning burning is also good on problem movies.
    Again glad I could help

    Success! (Title 32)
Thanks to all for trouble shooting on this one!

Kudos to CBR for a tip I won't soon forget; put the DVD in a normal DVD player, see what title it plays, and then use that Title as the one to rip.

OK THIS SEEMS to be right this time.

I used the same verison I said before but choose TITLE # 32 NOT 61 as Fab chooses, Look for number 32 and click that. The movie is in oder now. Again like before you will need to click ignore all errors and RIP it.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR Help in finding the right title!!

Thanks -- I actually have DVDFAB 5, 6 & 7 (7.0.3.0) on my pc; I play around with the different versions in my different DVD drives, and sometimes an earlier version opens a stubborn DVD up when a more current one doesn't -- voodoo probably, but it does work.
When 7 couldn't open up Alice, 6 did. But I will retry Alice, Title 32 with 7 and see what happens. Thanks!!

You could probably leave it on, but make sure you click title 32 before hitting the next or start button. You could also rip it to your hard drive and preview it before burning with VLC its free http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
I do not have this movie yet is it new?
Hello again and YES it just came out today, I just got done ripping it now and burning a master copy. There was 64 unreadable sectors I choose to ingore all as I have seen this before and the copy still turn out OK. As soon as the master is done I will check it out and get back to you.

dallacuse the version of Fab you're using is very outdated, uodate to 7030 from the forum main page near the top.
I can't comment on that title but CBR929's advice is usually on the spot.

EDIT: actually I haven't seen CBR929 give anyone bad advice. (my original comment just didn't 'sound' right.)

Title 61 was a fail for me as well:

Using CBR's technique, DVD player says Title 32, so I'll give that a try...
