That particular error message usually means one of three things.

1.) Dirty source disc.
2.) Scratched source disc.
3.) Defective source disc.

Dirty discs can be cleaned, scratched discs are difficult (if not impossible) to repair, and to determine if you have a defective disc, download VSO Inspector, and run a scan on the source disc. If any errors are reported, grab said disc, and head to the store for a replacement.

I fixed the problem

All I had to do was reboot the computor.Thanks everone for the help
