Avatar rip hanging on menu

Hi there !

I'm trying to split the full avatar DVD to have it on 2 different DVD's, but when I try to play the output, the menu displays for 2 seconds then "loops" ... so that I each time see the 2 first seconds on the root menu.

Any idea ?
