xXx movie errors

Not sure if my other post made it, so I am sending it again. Sorry if it comes up twice.

Anyone have any issues making a backup of xXx? I keep getting an error while reading message. I've trie it with v7.0.7.0 and v7.0.7.8 Beta.

xXx backup issues

Thank you for your reply. It is possible that something is wrong with my DVD, but it plays just fine in PowerDVD and on my home player. I've cleaned it and there doesn't appear to be any obvious scratches or cracks. There is a pop up that I have to close when the DVD is placed in the computer DVD player.

Too bad a simple cleaning didn't do the trick since often the problems are not visible to the naked eye.
I'd go through the rest of the list.

I'm guessing this isn't a recently purchased disc. If all else fails you might consider the tip with Brasso.
It has saved me a few times when nothing else worked.
