for 2 disc special edition you can try title 75 for main movie as I got one with that title set. Just save to hard drive as no need to burn to disc until you know it works correctly first
-
- v. 6.0.7.0
I tried #7 in the ..Vanilla disc and it works but cuts off the last 5-15min of the movie if not more
I did #47 and worked fine

It seems reading comprehension is at an all time low.

IF you own the movie, what's the rush to get a fix for DVDFab? Just keep the movie out of the reach of children until you can make the backup you need.
Personally, I preserve my originals by converting all my movies to Nero digital and streaming them over my home network. I haven't bought blank DVD's for over a year now. Which by the way Nero 7 doesn't recognize the ripped files, but I'm confident it will once the fix is released.Last edited by McSkillet; 10-21-2009, 08:46 PM.

As for upgradeing you can check your setting to see if they are set to upgrade automatically, click on the check mark and under General Settings Second from the bottom on the right is the spot.

Was able to copy Transformers 2. Had similar problem with backing up The Proposal. However did like most of what you guys were saying, under common settings, ignoring all reading errors and disabling pathplayer. Then use the customize and Title 47. If you want to have the menus, I also chose all the titles that are less than the length of the film. It backup and was able to make copy. Good luck

Transformers 2 Consolidated Thread. Post here, do not start another one.
Hi
I had problems with tranformers 2 spent all morning with it trying 5.2.2.2 and 6.1.1.8 which they didn't work..
I didn' want to pull out my hair so I downloaded DVDFab Gold 5.2.5.0 which works great.
I checked to see if it copied to my computer and I checked the movie before I put it on a dvd there was no problems.
Then I copied it to a 8x dvd and checked it on my computer to make sure it would work right and again no problems.
Now I will put it in my dvd player to check it to make sure there is no problems.
And later we will watch it tonight on tv and around sound on.
I went to see this movie on my B-Day in July and there was only two other and me in the theatre and it was alsome.
Christina

Disabled Pathplayer on both computers and it worked (somewhat). The movie did burn (tried 2 different DVDR discs, one in each computer but on both the burn process seems to have skipped alot of the movie. Enabled Pathplayer on both again to try burning again and get same original problems again.
