Customize UI: When no option is selected to display program is closing itself on star

Settings -> Customize UI -> Move all options, so none will shown on the right side -> Close DVDFab -> Restart it -> Program closes itself (can't create dump with procdump as program isn't closing itself when procdump is attached).

To start DVDFab again I need to delete USERNAME\Application Data\DVDFab\V8\uictl_customize.xml
