DVD Ripper This movie cannot be played...on I-pod (64Gb)

    Hi All,

Read Gregiboys guide on the DVD Ripper function and believe I have configured DVD FAb accordingly.

This is the first occurrence of this problem as I have extracted several movies and a TV Series from DVD using DVD Fab.

    Configuration:

    DVD Fab Version: 8.0.5.6. (05/12/2010)
OS: Windows XP Home Service Pack 3
    CPU: 2.4Ghz
    RAM: 3Gb
(No changes to hardware or software)

    Problem:
Attempting to extract Sopranos Series 1 from 4 original DVD sources. DVD Fab extracts episode. I transfer (drag and drop) file to I-Tunes. Episode plays in I-Tunes - no sound or frame rate problems. I sync with I-pod (64Gb). Attempt to play episode on I-pod. Get Message:

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    rohanks

Note: I have managed to successfully transfer an episode to my I-pod using DVD Decrypter/Handbrake setup (as my control). Wanted a more streamlined process hence me using DVD Fab.
