I am converting DVD to MPEG-4 for my son's PSP using the latest version of DVDFAB. I am using all the naming conventions and a/v settings that are recommended. The videos convert properly, and are playable (in full) on my PC. However, when the videos are transferred onto the PSP, they will play perfectly for varying durations of 10 minutes up to 1 hour and then stop playing, with the PSP saying "This video cannot be played."
I am wondering if there is a problem with the converted file, or if this is possibly indicative of a hardware problem (defective memory stick)? Any insights would be appreciated.
