Videos/M4V will not play on xbox 360/PS3

When I backup a blu-ray disk to a M4V with BD Ripper, the rip completes successfully and the file plays very well on my Windows 7 (64-bit) computer. However, the file won't play on an xbox 360 or PS3; I'm streaming to the consoles with the built in Windows 7 Media Server.

Xbox 360: I receive an error: 69-80004005
PS3: The video just never starts, a black screen comes up like it's going to start, but nothing happens.

I tried Build 8105 and 8106. I've attached the log files for 8106.

They also report build 8085 works fine. I tried 8085 and the m4v files play fine on the xbox 360 and the PS3. I've attached the log files for build 8085.

I've attached a screenshot of the conversion settings I'm using, but here they are as well:
CUDA is off
Profile: iPhone4.1080p.mp4
Output Type: Video+Audio
Fast Pass encoding
Video Fixed Bit Rate: 2441 kbps
No Split
Frame Rate: Same as Source
No Deinterlacing
resolution: 1280x534
Dolby ProLogic II (160 kbps) with 100% volume
Forced Subpicture only

Apologies,
-Using 8105 the video won't play on the PS3 or the xbox 360, the errors are as I original described.

-Using 8106 the video works fine with the PS3, but not the xbox 360. As described, I receive the 69-80004005 error.
