DVD playback to fast?

I'm currently running 8.0 and noticed that the movies that I've backed to my hard drive are playing too fast. The audio and video are synced fine, bit it's almost like it's too fast and jerky? I back them up as mp4. Any ideas would be great.

We would have ideas if you were provided basic information, post logs, etc. Please read this
