What are the best selections to use with a Droid (Android OS 2.0)? Should it be Generic or iPhone settings?

I downloaded the Droid profile as instructed and all appeared to go well on using software to mobile. Dvdfab (latest version) said finished and I confirmed file onto SD card on my Motorola Droid (2.0). I was all set to watch on the plane this morning but..... Droid is giving error that can't play video. It is a mp4 file.
What went wrong?! Also I'm on a plane with wifi. How cool is that!?Comment
