BD Ripper (3D Plus) Profile Help

I was wondering what the best set up I can have that will rip BD the fastest.

I have:

I2700K overclocked to 4.1
Asus V-Pro board v3
120 GB SDD
1TB WD Black HD
16GB RAM
1 GB 550 TI Video Card (192 bit)
ASUS BD Reader
ASUS BD Buner

I see folks that say use CUDA and some say just use Software...
