DVD Ripper Ripping episodes instead of chapters or a whole rip

Ripping episodes instead of chapters or a whole rip

Is there an option to choose to rip files in intervals of your own choosing instead of small chapters or a whole DVDrip?

I ripped some DVDs into chapters, then I used other software to join the chunks into a full episode. Problem is in doing so, the audio had become out of sync.

Files was encoded in x264 video audio aac.

    Use dvd/bd copy main movie
    copy each episode
Then use riper to produce individual episode file.mkv

      MMMMMMM!

Well thanks for your reply. I'm still lost.

SO, like you suggested, like the way I've done it in the pics. Change audio to aac and then hit START?

      Please can someone help.

Ok this is how i do it
Open retail disc in dvd/blu ray copy module
select main movie copy each episode to hdd not chapters
You may need to run disc in set top player to find tittle #
After you copied each episode in copy module
open ripper and open episodes you copied and rip
        Hope it helps

Video Converter does not have the ability to do this, and the best way will depend on how the DVD is authored. Open the Source disc in Customize mode of DVD Copy and post a screen capture so we can see how it is put together. Make sure PathPlayer is set to "Always Enable" in Settings.

It is the way the disc is authored unfortunately. Maybe the developers can find a way to extract single episodes automatically.

                Problem solved.

The end result was always going to be mkv. So what I did was ripped files into mkv h.264 and then cut it with other software with no complication.
