The BluRay ripping process seemed to go fine (using 9.0.4.2) but the playback of the movie in a couple places jumps back into part of another chapter then back forward to where you where in the story. The part that it jumps to is missing from where is should be. Part in Question When Cortez shoots the male cop and takes the female hostage is missing in the begining of the movie but then appears as they are about to enter the town or just abouts... Just like the Expendables 2 Bar fight scene.
