Reported too soon. While several previous blurays did not stutter after archiving as MKV's further testing today reveals the stuttering still exist.

Still checking some additional MKV's that I made today. But the mkv stuttering is STILL present.
And just like before same bluray when making .mkv with V8.2.2.9 work perfectly.
Red 2 mkv stuttering with V9 and as noted not with V8.
