BD Ripper (3D Plus) Can't rip BluRay "GOLTZIUS & THE PELICAN COMPANY"

Hi all,

I'm using the latest version of DVDFab9 and Win 8.1 (on an SSD, if that makes any difference). Attempts to rip Peter Greenaway's latest BluRay, "GOLTZIUS & THE PELICAN COMPANY" always fail at the same point in the log, with no further error information - cannot create MP4 file. Might this be because the ripping video destination path name (created by DVDFab9) contains spaces (it includes "/GOLTZIUS AND THE PELICAN COM"). If so, how do I avoid this, and if not so everything seems valid, so how do I further debug the problem?

I tried unticking the "Save in subdirectory" option, but the error remains, and now reads:

Silly question, but how is the drive formatted, NTFS or FAT32?

Thanks all - both C: (the Windows SSD) and G: (my 2 Tbyte hard drive) are NTFS. There's plenty of space on both. I've not yet figured out how to get DVDFab 9 to use a different target drive - it doesn't seem to pick up changes to the base TEMP directory in settings, and I can't see any other output directory configuration.

Changing the title (to simply GOLTZIUS) seems to start a rip successfully. I don't know what's wrong with the old, auto-generated title, however - it doesn't seem to break any rules, and the path length seems fine too.

DVDs can cause an error 400 which is a Transcoder error there are multiple reasons why this error may pop up ie. dirty disc, wrong path/illegal characters in path or file name itself, being this is a Blu-Ray maybe something was a miss in the file name as you have found out by changing it.
