Trying to rip Frozen DVD (UPC 786936838961), during initial scan getting "Error while reading! Please chose what to do." dialog. If I do "Ignore All" I do, after a much extended process time, I eventually get to title selection with a warning/info box that disc is multi-angle. If leave everything on default and click "Start" rip seems to initiate, but there's no drive activity and progress sits at 0% indefinitely. I'm running DVDFab 9.1.7.9 on Windows 7.

In my experience, it's either a dirty disc or a bad disc. If cleaning the disc with Windex doesn't fix it, exchange the disc for a new one. That has always worked for me.
And yes, I was able to success copy and rip Frozen without an issue. -
Thanks for the confirmation. Mine is a brand new disc, and it looks OK to me (i.e. no obvious defects). Unfortunately I ordered it online, so swapping is a little tricky. I'm going to see if I can borrow one first, will post an update after I try that.Comment
