BD Ripper (3D Plus) Video Bit Rate + Copy Audio = Variable output?

    Hello

I am trying to rip Prison break Season 1 from retail bluray... I am having a few problems though... If I untick copy audio and pick my own audio settings, and then pick output size of 4000mbs per episode. The outputted file is 4000mbs/4gig which is great but...

If I TICK copy audio and select 4000mbs output size the actual video size will be about 5500mbs/5.5gig. So If i place this video into mediainfo I get this:

    VIDEO:
    Bit rate mode : Variable
Maximum bit rate : 18.9 Mbps
    Width : 1 920 pixels
    Height : 1 080 pixels
    Display aspect ratio : 16:9

See how the Bit rate for the video output is Variable. Even though when i selected 4000mbs it said it would be 12Mbps.

So what I would like to know is how can I rip an episode while Copying the audio and the video bit rate is an actual number and not variable?

    Thank you
Working...
