It doesn't happen to every blu-ray I have but it does happen quite often. These are the disc that I can remember having issues.

Captain America (Tried 2 discs)
The Avengers
Iron Man 3
Captain America; The First Avenger
The Graduate
Star Wars 6
Thor
Guardians of The Galaxy (Tried a different disc and it worked)
I couldn't tell you if the discs were broken inherently broken since I can't test the disc since I have no other blu-ray players, but they don't appear to be scratched at all.
I just want to know if this is an issue with the disc or with dvdfab, and if there is a way to fix it.
