Error Ripping Deadpool

When I try to rip the US Blu-Ray disc of Deadpool, I get an error message "Work 1 failed, Error = config_mobile empty parallel data". This happens with both Versions 9.3.0.7 and 9.3.0.8Beta.

The log files for both versions is attached.

Never seen that one! Do all discs do this or just deadpool?

UDPATE: I just tried it with the v9.3.0.8 and the retail version of the disc and it worked with no errors. You have a different disc, the IDs in the logs don't match.

Just Deadpool. I haven't been able to do anything with this disc using DVDFab; I can't copy it, I can't rip it, and I can't even watch it with DVDFab Media Player (even Version 3.0.0.0). The disc plays just fine on a stand-alone Blu-Ray player, but I've found it difficult to carry a separate player with me when I'm traveling. I haven't had any problems with other discs (Star Wars, Hobbit, only Deadpool.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My daughter bought this disc for me for Father's Day; I'm not sure where she bought it.

The disc may have different encryption than the one I have. I have asked the main office staff to check it for you and others that may have it.

We have found other versions and testing them now.

We have different versions of the disc, but Passkey v8.2.8.0 can open both of them. Have not tried DVDFab Ripper yet.

Passkey Not Working With Disc Either

When I run Passkey, it shows that it's opening the disc, but then shows "No disc in drive" even though Windows shows the disc is inserted (see attached screen capture).

So DVDFab Blu-Ray Copy, Blu-Ray Ripper, Passkey, and MediaPlayer all do not work with this disc. So far, it's Deadpool: 4, DVDFab: 0.

Have you tried the clone mode option in dvdfab ??
