BD Ripper (3D Plus) Alien Anthology Extras Problem

When I try to rip the deleted scenes, the video file ends up longer and sound does not sync. Could be a problem with the branching feature of the discs since they have extended and theatrical versions on the same disc?

Output file length 28:16 (was 39:37 in v10.0.2.0)

If I preview the track in DVDFab, it runs to 19:57 on the video display but keeps playing much longer. Log attached for Aliens disc.

Notes:

1. DVDFab version 10.0.2.2 (same issue in v9)
2. The deleted scenes play properly in DVDFab Media Player from the blu-ray disc itself.
3. Alien deleted scenes did not have this issue. The other 3 discs did.
4. Movies and other features from all 4 discs rip fine. It is just the deleted scenes.
5. If I try to rip the individual deleted scenes, the same issue happens (they run longer and out of sync).
6. I also have this problem with JFK deleted scenes.
