I like to do this because my daughter's movies (Disney, Pixar, etc...) frequently have short cartoons, as part of the extras, that she wants to see after the movie. So, I select the titles I want (using "Choose Other Titles") with DVDfab Ripper and then combine them manually later using ffmpeg.
If the folks at DVDfab ever wish to build this into DVDfab Ripper directly, they could use a scheme similar to the one I used.
When a user clicks "Choose Other Titles", DVDfab could show a "Combine into one output file" check box. Then, as the user checks off each "title", DVDfab could build a list whilst also allowing the user to adjust the order (drag and drop?) in which the titles are combined.
Of course, if DVDfab already supports this, by all means, please let me know!
