BD Ripper (3D Plus) Audio issues

Hello
Can anybody help
I have ripped a film (DEATH WISH 2018) from a Bluray copy ISO file and selected MKV Passthrough but the audio isnt right.
There is background sound but some of the actors voices are missing altogether WIERD.
