There is no overall 3d encode acceleration.
Generally speaking, we need to look at the log file to see what profile you used for 3d ripper outputs:
If it outputs as mvc compress mkv, it's not accelerated.
If 2d mkv, it is accelerated.
If 3d sbs, it should also be accelerated.
