I have noticed after encoding with xvid in DVDFab 7.x that the image of quite a few scenes exhibits a lined outline of images even with low motion scenes/worse with higher motion eg an arm moves or someone opens the door, you see a trail of lines in the scene. What is causing this?
My guess it is something to do with (de)interlacing, probably wrong mind you. My sources are progressive by the way.
