Hi! I am in the trial version of 7.0.8.2 for the File to Mobile for DVD Fab. I have DVD to DVD and DVD to Mobile license, but am trying the file to mobile.
I am having an issue where the process completes successfully for the ipod option, however, when I open the movie on my ipod it has only the top half of the screen. Everything else is blank.
I am using a Windows Media Center file format (.dvr-ms) for converting. I tried this option months ago and it worked so I really wanted to go ahead and buy it. However, I noticed the version change of the software so I wanted to try it again first.
Is there a setting I have to change to get the whole screen to convert?
Any help would be appreciated.
