ok so heres the whole long story! i have ripped about 40 dvds to my hard drive then i got a over temp shut down and on re boot noticed that with dvd fab running my cpu temp was 100c!!!! well i reapplied artic silver to my processor and underclocked it which is fine running much cooler now! however when i attempt to rip a dvd it encodes at 120 fps which is a little below where i was before but not bad considering the underclock but after the dvd hits 3 percent the fps begins to drop and the cpu usage drops to almost nothing! i dont know what happened or how to fix it would appreciate all help greatly!!!
