Blu-ray Copy Burn BDMV/Certificate folder properly

Hi

I´m a total beginner using DVDFab and I´m having some questions.

What is the proper method to burn a Blu-ray when I got a folder (on my HDD) of my disc that contains BDMV, Certificate and FAB folder?

I´d like to keep all menus and just burn my clone as easy as possible
