Unknown error when installing

    Didn't work
    OS X ver 10.8.5
    No antivirus
    Can't remember what version worked.
    Had problems, but of different kind, with ver 9 all the time, but i was able to install before. Guess that problem starter during the summer with an update.

    There is a newer version 9120. Download and has a clean install. Deleted the dvdfab folder in document.

    If the fab still can not install, give us more info.
    Is there some antivirus soft prevent the install? Please give me error info screen shot from breakpoint.
    What is your mac version? what version were you use before this issue occur?

    I think it's helpful to know if there is any support to a program. It'll give an idea if this program is worth spending your money on.
    If only the positive posts are posted then it's not show the whole truth.

    I have to load the update on a thumb drive on my windows computer and then install it off the thumb drive on my mac. I don't have to do this each time I update, but most of them I do.

    If you have Time Machine, use it to recover previous version of DVDFab9 or 8. I've just done it and DVDFab 9 is working again.
