When I install DVDFab Media Player, it zips through the extracting process, drawing a nice green line as it goes. This takes about 5 seconds. The line goes from 0% to 100%. Then it moves to "Finishing Installation." The green line is at 100%. The hard drive churns and chugs and churns for several minutes. With the green line never budging from 1005, and the status never changing from "Finishing Installation." Then, when all hope seems lost, and it appears that the installation is in an endless loop (or reformatting the hard drive), it finishes!
Can't something be done to make the installation more accurate, less confusing, and less worrisome?
On a side note, I am glad to see that the settings "gear" highlights when you hover over it, instead of just disappearing.
