Will not Open To Rome With Love Blu-Ray Disc

Tried to play the Blu-Ray disc "To Rome With Love" in full navigation, but the media player just ran and ran trying to open the Blu-Ray disc menu. Not sure if this means a new encryption or not. Quick and Simple mode works however.
