Hi,
I've been testing out the Fab Player and I like it a lot, but it needs some more features before I can replace my existing player. So, please keep improving it!
That having been said, I was watching Avatar and there are several points where the video pixelates out. One spot is at the 1:16:26 mark when they "land" their banshees on the side of a tree after escaping the big reddish banshee (see attached image). I think this is the theatrical version, but not 100% sure. I'll have to bust out the disc to verify. I can repeat the issues on several different computers. However, the issue doesn't manifest itself on other players I have.
I ripped the movie with DVDFab (main movie rip with HD audio only). I also tried to see if there was any difference when playing the iso file directly or if it was mounted with Daemon Tools Lite and the issue was displayed both ways.
If you need any other info, just let me know.
Cheers!
