No HDR with Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center

Trying to get HDR working with fab player 5.0.0.9, It keeps converting to SDR. I know the requirements say Win10, but they also say Win10 without HDR option can get HDR support via nvidia video cards. So might work with 8.1 or am I out of luck?

Currently only Windows 10 supports HDR. About HDR on Windows 8.1, I will pass it to the developers and see what they can do.
